Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Friday confirmed a total number of new 238 coronavirus cases in the country and also a total of 10 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Bauchi recorded 10 new cases while Delta state has eight new cases, NCDC also announced six new cases in Oyo State. Nigeria will begin a “phased and gradual” easing of more than four weeks of lockdowns in the national capital and the largest city on May 4, President Muhammadu Buhari said in an address on Monday.
“No country can afford the full impact of a sustained lockdown while awaiting the development of vaccines,” Buhari said.
