The commissioner of police of Niger State Command, Ogundele Ayodeji has presented N26.227 million cheques to 15 families of deceased police personnel.
In another development, the IGP promoted 31,465 junior cadre of the Force nationwide, and 513 personnel in Niger State Police Command benefitted.The commissioner of police decorated some of the beneficiaries in his office and was assisted by the deputy commissioner of police DCP Adamu Isa Ngojin and assistant commissioner of police ACP Yusuf Yelwa.
The arrest of the suspects which followed credible intelligence, took place at Egbejila, Airport Road and Offa Garage Area, all in Ilorin.
