Saturday Punch reports that Ademola Adeleke, governor of Osun, and the Peoples Democratic Party have rejected the judgement of the tribunal overturning his victory in the governorship election. The Independent National Electoral Commission said it doesn’t have the power to compel universities to declare holidays to enable students to vote during the forthcoming elections, the newspaper says.
