The newly appointed rector of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Dr Adedotun Abdul, has promised to focus on the development and growth of the institution.

He said, “I am deeply honoured to have been chosen for this important role, and I am committed to working tirelessly to ensure that this College continues to be a beacon of excellence, innovation, and progress.

“I want to give the assurance that my administration will be result oriented. The Management will focus on development and growth, and with the support of the Council, Management, Staff, and Students we will arrive at the desired destination.” The Chairman of Governing Council, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, while presenting Abdul to the staff and students of the institution, said, “It is my expectation that all stakeholders in the College will lend their unreserved support to the Rector and the College Management in the interest of the College as progress and development of any institution is a collective responsibility of all persons involved.

The Council Chairman thanked the Deputy Rector Admin, Mr Uduak Udoh who stood in gap for the College as the acting Rector from January 30, 2023, to May 20, 2023.All rights reserved.
