The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has provided relief items to the community of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who were affected by a recent fire disaster in Karonmajiji, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. The donation aims to alleviate the economic hardship faced by the victims.

As the saying goes behind every disability there are tremendous abilities.” Umar however, warned that the relief items are not for sale in no circumstance should they be sold but must be distributed to victims of the fire disaster

Residents of Okun-Ajah community in Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area have stormed the Lagos State House of Assembly to protest against the proposed demolition of their structures along the corridor of the proposed coastal road.
