Ihekweazu said, “In terms of the number of our laboratories, when people criticise us that we have only five molecular laboratories, they forget that three years ago, we didn’t have those laboratories.” “Sometimes, we need to make a hard decision on where we need to put our resources – where they are mostly needed.”
