The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has postponed the launch of the consumer protection portal to September 19.
The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority has postponed the launch of theNCAA, in a post on its X account on Tuesday, said the portal would be launched by Festus Keyamo, the minister of aviation and aerospace development.
“The NCAA Consumer Protection Portal will be officially launched on September 19, 2024, by the honourable minister of aviation and aerospace development, Festus Keyamo,” the statement reads.its plans to launch a consumer protection portal in August to address complaints within the aviation sector.
