The Nigeria Basketball Federation has announced the appointment of Rena Wakama as head coach of the D’Tigress FC.
The five-time African champions have been without a coach since Otis Hughley resigned from the post in 2022.The former national team player will now quit her role as an assistant coach at the Stony Brooks University in the United States of America.Wakama also previously worked at the University of Western Carolina.
