Some naval officers allegedly went on a rampage in Idoani community in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State following the alleged killing of their colleague.
The naval officers were said to have invaded the community in search of the alleged killer of one of them, causing palpable tension in the agrarian community.
A source, who does not want to be mentioned over fears of harassment, said many male adults have fled the town, while shops and markets could not open on Tuesday for fear of possible arrest. The source explained that some hoodlums in the town attacked the deceased after he had an argument with a commercial motorcyclist, also known as an Okada rider
