Reacting, COSEYL said in a statement issued by its President General, Goodluck Ibem that the move was unnecessary following the security and economic crisis bedevilling the nation. “It baffles us that in the midst of all these anomalies, the government of President Muhammadu Buhari was busy giving National Awards to Nigerians.
