The Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, has condoled with the first class traditional ruler of Umaisha, in Toto local government of the state, the Ohinmegye of Opanda, HRH Alhaji Usman Abdullahi, over the death of the of Umaisha chiefdom, Alhaji Idris Umar.
