NANS President, Lucky Emonefe, in a statement called for thorough probe to determine the remote and immediate causes of the incident.
“We urge governments and individuals involved in distributing relief materials to adopt modern distribution methods to prevent any loss of life. The safety and well-being of Students and citizens should always be prioritized. The Lagos State Labour Party has urged the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure, to resign to restore the tainted image of the party.
The Defence Headquarters said the troops of Operation Hadarin Daji rescued 16 pupils and a woman abducted by terrorists on March 9 in Gada Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
