A Federal Capital Territory Magistrates’ Court in Abuja, on Tuesday, ordered the unsealing of Jabi Lake Mall, which was shut down over a week ago as a result of the performance by a Nigerian musician,
Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, at the place.
Three officials of the mall were charged with violation of the Presidential Task Force protocols on COVID-19. The magistrate, Idayat Akanni, presiding over the mobile court in Jabi, Abuja, granted the application on Tuesday, by ordering an immediate reopening of the mall.
