Shooting Stars and Remo Stars have been selected to participate in the Naija Super Eight tournaments.

The Oluyole Warriors and Sky Blue were voted and unveiled to represent the South West zone in the playoff. Eight-time Nigeria Premier Football League champions Enyimba and Nigeria National League side Heartland were picked from the South East.For North Central, City FC and Lobi Stars will be the representatives, while Yobe Desert Stars and Gombe United made it from the North East.The play-offs to determine zonal representatives will take place between June 23 and 25 at Eket Township Stadium in Akwa Ibom State.

Winners of the single-header matches will qualify for the Naija Super 8 finals to be held between July 7 and 16 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos, where they will be joined by two wildcard entries to be determined by the organisers.
