City Round learnt that the concoction was meant for the treatment of malaria, body ache and hypertension, among others.
The Zonal Director of NAFDAC, Roseline Ajayi, expressed concern about the development.
Ajayi, who explained that the agency was alerted by some concerned Nigerians, added that the suspect had no pending application before NAFDAC. She said, “The premises of the unauthorised factory has been sealed by NAFDAC officials, while the suspect has been handed over to the police for prosecution.”All rights reserved.
