The Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos has adjourned the criminal trial of Orji Uzor Kalu, a former Governor of Abia State, and others to October 22, for parties to present their closing addresses.
Ahunanya gave expert opinion on some of the exhibit entered into evidence by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. He mentioned that the recipient as stated on the bank draft must appear as same in the bank statement when such instruction is paid into the recipient's account.
