N13.5m Fraud: ‘Persecution won’t intimidate me’ – Fayose’s spokesman, Olayinka
The police had on WednesdayDAILY POST had reported that the prosecutor, Insp. Johnson Okunade had informed the court that Olayinka committed the offence between 2014 and 2018 at the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State, Ilokun in Ado-Ekiti.
In a statement he signed and sent to DAILY POST, Olayinka advised the All Progressives Congress government in Ekiti State to focus on how to address its glaring non-performance instead of running after perceived opposition figures. “It is however funny that after the police had agreed to grant me administrative bail yesterday and I was ready to meet the bail conditions, the State Government put pressure on the police, seeking the invocation of ‘Form K’ to allow for my detention for two months.
