Morrisons , Tesco , Aldi and Waitrose customers are being urged to check their cupboards, fridges and freezers after food products were pulled from sale.
A number of popular retailers have pulled items from sale in recent days and weeks. Here are some of the current warnings from Morrisons, Tesco, Aldi and Waitrose - including which product batches are affected, and why they have been recalled.Beer Brew York is recalling Juice Forsyth on a precautionary basis because there have been reports that cans, sold at various stores including Morrisons, have exploded as a result of over carbonation.
Aubergine, Ricotta and Tomato Crosta & Mollica is recalling Crosta & Mollica Sugo Alla Norma Aubergine, Ricotta and Tomato because it may contain pieces of glass, which makes this product unsafe to eat. The FSA said the affected product has only been sold in Waitrose stores.The FSA said: "If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
