The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has asked candidates who sat for its mock examination to expect the result today.
The mock examination for candidates preparing for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination was written nationwide on Tuesday.
Pockets of biometric issues were recorded in some of the centres monitored by our reporter in Kuje area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.JAMB’S Head of Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, in an interview on Tuesday, said that the board was looking at few cases recorded during the examination.“There was nothing unusual about the mock examination, which is an indication that candidates are beginning to fall in line with the Computer-Based Test procedures.
The JAMB Registrar, Prof Is-haq Oloyede, had said on Monday that the mock exam was to test-run the preparedness of the board for the 2020 UTME.
