Five persons have been arrested by operatives of the Ondo State Police Command for stripping a man, Femi Ajayi, naked after accusations that he allegedly

had an illicit affair with a married woman in Irun-Akoko, Akoko North West Local Government Area of the state.

The suspects numbering 15, were said to have waylaid Ajayi at the community’s marketplace before beating him to a pulp and stripping off his clothes. With the incident going viral, some human rights activists intervened and insisted that the suspects must be arrested and tried for jungle justice.
