No update on Abe Lucas, however.
The Seattle Seahawks are nearing the end of preseason, having finished practice on Thursday ahead of Saturday’s finale against the Cleveland Browns. A few notable players have been absent from recent practices, including a recent leg/foot injury for starting safety Rayshawn Jenkins. Head coach Mike Macdonald addressed the availability and progress of five players. Thankfully, nothing suggests anything long-term.
Jenkins seems more of a TBD, which could mean K’Von Wallace starts against the Browns on Saturday. “Rayshawn we’re not sure time table and Tre we’re looking at probably practicing next week,” Macdonald said. TEs Noah Fant and Pharaoh Brown and their Week 1 availability Both men are dealing with foot injuries suffered on separate days. Will they be ready for Week 1? Macdonald indicates they’re on track to be available for opening day, but he didn’t make any firm commitments.
