Was it a model of perfection? No. Ford made mistakes when it came to temporarily extending police powers, keeping playgrounds closed and last-minute announcements involving Ontario schools and in-person learning. Then again, every provincial premier, as well as the prime minister, experienced bobbles and stumbles along the way. The same goes for politicians and leaders around the world.
