Real estate development company - Megamound Investment Limited has entered into a partnership agreement with the Lagos State Government to close the housing gap in the metropolis.

Real estate development company – Megamound Investment Limited has entered into a partnership agreement with the Lagos State Government to close the housing gap in the metropolis.

The project comes as a multi-floor development with elevators that are designed for those who desire a social environment. Price of apartments in the Greater Lagos County ranges from N22 million to N42 million.Similarly, the company is constructing a 100-unit estate, christened Willcrown Apartments, which is carved out of the famous Kingsbay Estate in Ikota, which is located five minutes drive away from the Chevron oil company headquarters and the second Lekki Toll Gate.

Willcrown Apartments blocks are on three floors and comprise one, two and three bedroom house types. While each unit of one-bedroom accommodation in the Willcrown Apartments attracts a minimum price of N24 million, two-bedroom N38.7 million and the three-bedroom N45.4million.
