Musiliu Akinsanya, chairman of the Lagos state parks management committee, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has unveiled a bar code system in Lagos garages to ensure the safety of travellers.

In a statement released on Friday, Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, said the bar code system will improve the safety of commuters and discourage kidnapping.
