The Mbaeri dynasty of Nzeneri, Imeowerre, Isunjaba, in Isu Council of Imo State, has released the funeral programme of their matriarch, Ezinne Juliana Mbaeri (Nee Obiefule), who died recently at 91.
According to the programme signed by her son, Geoffrey Mbaeri, burial activities for late matriarch, who is also the mother of the Permanent Secretary, General Services Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation , Dr. Maurice Mbaeri, will commence tomorrow with a
Christian wake keep/service of songs at Mbaeri’s compound, Nzeneri Imeowerre, Isunjaba, Isu Council by 6:00 p.m. It noted that, on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, the body of the deceased matriarch will leave Federal Medical Centre , Owerri Mortuary, to her hometown, Nzeneri, by 6:00 a.m., followed by a Requiem Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Parish, Isunjaba, by 10:00 a.m. and internment at Mbaeri family compound.
The statement noted that reception would follow immediately at the National Primary School, Imeowerre, Isunjaba. It added that thanksgiving service would hold on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Imeowerre, Isunjaba by 10:00 a.m.
