Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto delivered a commencement speech to Ateneo De Manila University’s graduating class of 2021 on Sunday, Oct. 24.
“We have to seek out the opinions of others… Let’s make an effort to listen to people from outside our echo chamber,” said Sotto in his speech. The speech was addressed to the students of the Ateneo Graduate program, the School of Humanities, the John Gokongwei School of Management, the School of Science and Engineering, and the School of Social Sciences.
Kidding aside, if I am kidding.”He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science at the Ateneo in 2011 and finished his masters in public management at the Ateneo School of Government in 2018.
