May and Baker Nigeria Plc has announced that it generated total revenue of N5.11bn for the first half of this year.Its gross profit rose by 52.05 per cent to N2.22bn from N1.46bn while the gross margin also improved from 38.03 per cent to 43.44 per cent.

The company saw its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation increase by 30.30 per cent to N822.90m, resulting in an increase of 21.13 per cent in profit before tax from N599.91m to N726.66m.The company’s balance sheet showed that its current assets grew by 44.11 per cent from N6.03bn in H1 2020 to N8.69bn in H1 2021.
