The Times reports that the Germany international has been offered a two-year deal by LaLiga leaders Barcelona. The Catalan giants believe the German will join them following a meeting with the player’s representatives last week.Gundogan has spent six years at City since joining from Borussia Dortmund and has won four Premier League titles.
