Man chops off neighbour’s hand with cutlass in Gwagwalada
One Mustapha Adamu has allegedly chopped off the right hand of his neighbour, identified as Adamu Mohammed, with a cutlass during a scuffle at Anguwar Gede in Gwagwalada, Abuja.
