No cash was taken during the incident but the man did flee on foot with a quantity of alcohol
A man has been arrested and charged by Gardaí in Coolock as part of their investigation into a robbery of a shop on Saturday, June 10 in Dublin.
No money was taken during the course of this incident, however, the male did manage to flee the scene on foot with a quantity of alcohol in the direction of Kilmore Road.Shortly after this, Gardaí arrived at the scene, conducting an extensive search of the area which resulted in one male, who was aged in his 30s, being located and arrested.
“At approximately 9:25pm, it was reported that a male entered a shop in Artane armed with a screwdriver and proceeded to threaten staff in order to obtain the contents of the cash register. No money was taken during the course of this incident.
