Man arraigned for ‘locking up woman’ in room
Twenty-nine-year-OLD Vincent Okwose on Tuesday appeared in an Ikorodu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos charged with locking up a woman in his apartment against her will.
Police prosecutor John Iberedem, an inspector, told the court that Okwose committed the offence on February 29 in Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos.Iberedem alleged that the defendant locked up one Hadiza Haruna inside his apartment, adding that he also injured her right foot while trying to escape.
