Man arraigned for allegedly stealing N2.3m diesel
A 33-year-old man, Oladeji Babatunde, at the weekend appeared at an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly stealing diesel worth N2.3 million.
Prosecuting Assistant Superintendent of Police Peter Nwagwu told the court that the defendant committed the offences with other persons at large on August 12 at Oshodi in Lagos Mainland.He alleged that the defendant stole the diesel belonging to the complainant, Mr. Folorunsho Amodu.
