26-year-old was handcuffed early Saturday morning after initially refusing to put his arms behind his back; police allege he was in a vehicle that didn't belong to him

A 26-year-old man is facing a long list of charges, including resisting arrest, after a late-night trespassing call in Fort Creek over the weekend.Sault Police say when officers arrived on the scene, they found the suspect in a vehicle that did not belong to him. Police allege that a subsequent search of the suspect turned up a gift card stolen from the vehicle, a bag of tools that did not belong to him, and a small amount of suspected fentanyl.

None of the allegations have been tested in court and Huluk is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
