PETALING JAYA: Malaysians have joined the call by the Prime Minister for as many people to be vaccinated as rapidly possible as a way out of the Covid-19 pandemic.Facebook user Nyuk Foh Sim supported the call for equal and rapid access to vaccines.He also urged the government not to “bring in any political or other petty considerations to impair the process.”
Another Facebook user, Joanne Koay, called for vaccination to be ramped up for people to achieve herd immunity, which was “the light at the end of the tunnel.” Qiu Lynette Khoo said when the government was done inoculating the senior citizens, vaccination should focus on the “economic frontliners.”
