Based on data from Flight Radar, the Airbus A330-300 aircraft, registered as 9M-MTG, declared a general emergency shortly after taking off from Kuala Lumpur. The flight used the 7700 code and began descending to 10,000 feet, indicating a possible cabin pressure problem.Also yesterday, Malaysia Airlines Flight MH128 en route to Kuala Lumpur from Melbourne made an emergency stop at Alice Springs Airport in Australia’s Northern Territories.
