According to Glen Juego's report on Super Radyo dzBB, Atty. Clarence Guinto issued the orders on the driver and owner of an SUV with license plate UXO-295 that allegedly hit a street sweeper on Elizalde Avenue corner Aguirre Avenue, Barangay BF Homes, on September 24. Also given a show-cause order is the owner and driver of the SUV with license plate NCV-4752 that was involved in the alleged hit-and-run of two children in Barangay San Antonio on September 20.—Sherylin Untalan/NB, GMA News
