Loss Of Lives Should Stop¸ Ishaku Tells Taraba Residents At Easter.
Taraba State Governor, Darius Ishaku, has called on the people of the state to shun actions that can cause crisis and remain peaceful at all times.
Governor Ishaku said, “We have had too many crises and conflicts and lost too many innocent lives and valuable properties in the past. These should stop. He noted that it was an occasion for the people of Taraba to resolve to “work much harder” for peace and unity among themselves. He urged all Christians to use the occasion to reflect on the life and times of Jesus Christ, particularly his spirit of forgiveness and empathy which saw him healing the sick, helping the poor, and preaching peace among humanity.
