A Chieftain of the New Nigeria People’s Party, , Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo has called on President Bola Tinubu to accede to the request of the Labour Leaders on the new minimum wage in the country and save the country from collapse
He advised that prolong strike may finally collapse the economy, calling on the president to agree with the Labour Union and avoid prolonged strike action which he said may bring about total collapse of the economy. It could be recalled that the Attorney General of the federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi has threatened that the Labour Leaders may risk imprisonment if they go ahead with the strike .
“President Tinubu should personally dialogue with the Labour Leaders on the way forward. He should come to term with the reality on ground.
