Let there be peace or poverty – Jonathan
PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday, warned that incessant crisis and insecurity in the country will continue to scare away investors and breed poverty among Nigerians.
He regretted that the peace and sacrifice that the Eid-el-Kabir signified was violated, warning that “if the country is not peaceful, nobody will want to invest in it. Without investment you cannot stimulate the country’s economy. We will continue to live in poverty.”
