Mohammed Babangida Emerges Kaduna Polo Club President
In lauded bid to restore the past glories of Kaduna Polo Club as the premier polo center in the north, members of the club have elected Mohammad Babangida as the President of the club and head of the new management committee that would take the noble game to the next level.
April 29th 2023 ushered in another historic moment for Kaduna Polo Club as it marked the date for the Annual General Meeting of the Club which affords its members the opportunity to sit together and review the past year, review the accounts and expenditure of the Club, elect members into the Executive Management Committee of the Club.
At the end of the day, the name everyone had was that of , Alhaji Muhammad Babangida, the patron of the El-Amin Polo Team, who had served previously as the First Vice President of the Club and now the President of Kaduna Polo Club. Other committee members include Brigadier General Kapeh Kazir as the new First Vice President, Mohammed Baba Askira as the Second Vice President and Atiku Abubakar Saleh as the Tournament Manager.
