The House of Representatives spokesperson, Rep. Akin Rotimi, has condemned the brutal murder of a student of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE),
This is contained in a statement issued by Rotimi on Thursday in Abuja, where he demanded a thorough investigation into the murder with a view to bringing the perpetrators to justice.
Authorities of the institution report that the missing student was subsequently found dead in a shallow grave on the campus on Sept. 6 “We owe it to the memory of late Atanda to ensure our students, and indeed all residents in our communities, are safe and secure as they go about their legitimate activities,” Rotimi said.
