The meeting was attended by commissioners for education, religious leaders and civil societies from Lagos, Ondo, Osun, Ogun, Ekiti and Oyo States respectively. “This factor is readily available, the federal government has done it in the past and it was effective. Also, Mr Muhammad Okorie, Officer-in-charge, UNICEF Lagos office, said that quality education was a right of every child.
