LaLiga: Barcelona give latest update on Dembele’s injury
DAILY POST had reported that the 22-year-old picked up aduring their 3-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League last year.
Barcelona, in a statement on the club’s official website on Monday, stated that Dembele had some discomfort in his right thigh during their training session. The statement read: “During Monday’s training session, the first team player [Dembele] felt some discomfort in his right thigh due to muscle fatigue.Barcelona will take on Athletic Club in the Copa del Rey on Thursday, before their LaLiga away fixture against Real Betis next Sunday.
