Lagos State, on Saturday, recorded its lowest cases of coronavirus in three weeks,According to data obtained from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, the state recorded 66 new cases of COVID-19 on
Saturday.
At present, the novel coronavirus has killed at least 67 people since the outbreak first emerged in the state in February. He noted that the state is working at raising the capacity to 2000 or 3000 per day so that everybody who needs testing or wishes to be tested can get tested. “Very soon, the rate at which we are testing will keep rising and don’t be alarmed because the more we test, the more cases we’ll find,” he said.
