The Lagos government has postponed the planned palliative works on the failed sections of the Third Mainland Bridge.
The state also announced that the scheduled traffic division arrangement for the bridge has been postponed.that the repair of the pothole-riddled sections of the bridge will be carried out on September 17 and 24.Advertisement
In a statement on Saturday, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, Lagos commissioner for transportation, said the heavy rainfall in the state affected the “preliminaries” of the planned palliative works.
