The Lagos State Government on Saturday reopened Alaba International Market and some markets at the Trade Fair Complex, Ojo. The markets were earlier shut down by the government due to improper waste management and other environmental infractions.

Tokunbo Wahab, Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, said the markets were reopened after the environmental issues were addressed.
