The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) says that the train accident that claimed the lives of six and injured several others in Lagos State, South-West was as a result of human neglect on the side of the bus driver. The Managing Director of the corporation, Fidet Okhiria, disclosed this while fielding questions while featuring in Radio programme in Abuja. Okhiria, however, noted that the corporation had no funds to replace installed barriers to prevent people from tampering with the rail tracks, adding that it had been vandalised for over four times in the area.
