The Kwara State Police Command, has beefed up security to mitigate any act of criminality before, during and after the May 29, 2023 inauguration ceremony

In the bid to ensure a hitch-free event, the state Commissioner of Police, Paul Odama, has ordered an all-round security emplacement across the length and breadth of Kwara State for a rancor-free inauguration.

“The citizens must have noticed movements of security patrols in the state in the course of the week, especially in Baruten LGA and Kwara Central as part of the arrangements on the ground to ensure no act of criminality is allowed.”
