Kogi Guber: Political parties stage walkout on INEC stakeholders, insist REC must be removed from state
Electoral Commission allaying the fear that they no longer have confidence in the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Prof. James Apam ahead of the November 16th governorship election in Kogi State.
He further alleged that the REC while doing the bidding of the State government made the Kogi State Government House his second home.” We have lost confidence in the present REC and we will no longer take on the processes of the election in the State until the REC is removed. We, the political parties because of the loss of confidence will not have any engagement forthwith on the November 16th governorship election.
