The Kogi State Government, Monday, secured the license of the National Universities Commission to establish the third state-owned university to be known as Kogi State University, Kabba. The state governor, Yahaya Bello in a mission statement read at the NUC in Abuja explained that the State House of Assembly last Thursday passed a bill to establish a third state-owned University to be sited in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of the state.
